Friday November 2nd 7-10 p.m. Emotional Freedom Technique for Coping with the Holidays. Natural Body Works 161 Summer Street, Kingston. In this 3 hour workshop you will learn the art of "Tapping" on specific Meridians in the body to release negative emotions, bad habits, trauma, and just about anything you are ready to release and let go of. Saturday November 3rd. Grand Opening at Dee Davidson's Yoga & Nia Studio. 84 Summer Street Kingston. There will be many interesting workshops, artists, food, & entertainment.
